Custom Packaging Manufacturing
Structural design, printing, die-cutting, finishing and quality inspection under one roof — from a low MOQ of 50 units to wholesale volume, manufactured in the US and shipped worldwide.
Get Custom Box is a custom packaging manufacturer, not a reseller. Structural design, dieline engineering, printing, die-cutting, foiling, gluing and quality inspection happen under our control — so when a colour drifts or a fold cracks, we fix the cause rather than forward an email. Our production floor runs short digital runs alongside full offset and flexo lines, which is why a 50-box low MOQ test and a 50,000-box wholesale order move through the same quality process.
Packaging products and structures we produce
Every format below is manufactured to your exact interior dimensions and printed with your artwork, available from a low MOQ of 50 units.

- Corrugated shipping cartons — regular slotted containers (RSC) by ECT or burst rating

- Inserts — cardboard, EVA foam, velvet-lined foam and moulded pulp
Materials, printing and finishing options
Materials
- Kraft board (12pt–24pt) — natural, recyclable, home-compostable when uncoated

- Rigid chipboard (1.2mm–3mm) wrapped in specialty papers
- Food-grade, grease-resistant, freezer-grade and PLA-lined compostable liners

- Digital printing — short runs under ~750 units, no plate costs, fast proofs
- Offset lithography — volume runs, lowest unit cost, exact Pantone matching
- Flexographic printing — corrugated shippers and large single-colour runs
- Litho-lamination — carton-quality print applied to a corrugated body
- PMS spot colour matching plus full CMYK
Finishing

Manufacturing workflow
From first brief to delivered pallet, the process is the same whether you order 50 boxes or 50,000.
- 1
Brief and specification
Send product dimensions, quantity, artwork and deadline — or describe the product and we specify the board, style, print and finish. An itemised quote returns within one business day.
- 2
Dieline and structural design
A free dieline is engineered to your exact interior dimensions and box style. Structural design, cavity inserts and panel layout are produced in-house.
- 3
Digital proof approval
A 3D digital proof shows every panel, finish and placement. Revisions are free until the layout is exactly right. Nothing prints until you approve.
- 4
Optional printed sample
For launches, a printed digital sample can be produced to test fit, strength and colour in the real world before the full run.
- 5
Printing and finishing
The approved artwork goes to press — digital, offset or flexo — followed by lamination, foil, spot UV, embossing and gluing as specified.
- 6
Die-cutting and converting
Printed sheets are die-cut to the dieline, folded and glued into finished boxes. Inserts are cut and fitted in the same pass where possible.
- 7
Quality inspection
Every run is inspected at the pallet level — colour match, registration, cut accuracy, fold integrity and glue — before dispatch.
- 8
Dispatch and delivery
Finished packaging ships nationwide and worldwide to your warehouse, 3PL or a list of addresses, with freight confirmed on the quote.
Quality assurance and production checks
Every run is inspected at the pallet level before dispatch. The checks below are standard on every order, low MOQ or wholesale.
- Artwork print-check against bleed, safe zones and colour before press
- Digital proof approval — nothing prints until you sign off
- Colour match verification against approved proof or Pantone reference
- Registration and cut-tolerance inspection on the first sheets off press
- Fold, glue and structural integrity check on finished boxes
- Pallet-level count and condition inspection before dispatch
Customisation and production capabilities
Because structural design, printing and converting happen in-house, customisation is not a special order — it is the default. Custom interior dimensions, non-standard flute combinations, multi-panel inside print, mixed finishing per panel and engineered inserts are all specified on the quote, not quoted as exceptions.
- Custom interior dimensions die-cut to your product’s real footprint
- Inside print on any panel — a single added pass for unboxing impact
- Mixed finishing per panel — foil on the logo, soft-touch on the body
- Engineered inserts in cardboard, foam, velvet or moulded pulp
- Ganging multiple SKUs on one run to share setup cost
- Stored tooling reused free on reorders — every reorder identical
