A custom box is any box manufactured to your interior dimensions rather than bought as a stock size. That single change removes void fill, reduces dimensional weight charges, and gives you six printable panels for custom printed packaging. It is the cheapest branding surface most brands own. With a low MOQ starting at 50 boxes, even small brands and product launches can afford fully custom printed packaging.

Step 1 — Pick the board

• Folding carton (14pt–24pt): retail shelf, light products, sharpest print
• E-flute corrugated: light shipping with near-carton print quality
• B/C-flute corrugated: heavier shipping, stacking strength
• Rigid chipboard: luxury weight, no folding, premium tiers
• Kraft board: recyclable, natural, ideal for one or two colour print

Step 2 — Pick the style

Digital printing wins under 750 units and for frequent artwork changes — which is what makes our low MOQ runs economical. Offset wins above that on cost per unit and Pantone accuracy. Add matte or gloss lamination for protection, soft-touch for tactile premium feel, then foil, spot UV or embossing on the one element that matters most — usually the logo.

Custom boxes vs stock boxes

Stock boxes are cheaper per unit and ship immediately, but require void fill and carry no branding. Custom boxes cost more per unit yet routinely reduce total landed cost through lower dimensional weight, fewer damaged deliveries and marketing you do not pay for twice.
